Duties and Responsibilities:

We at BENTACO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERIVCES is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Job Responsibilities:

• Engages in superior customer service and providing IT Services by making information readily available
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
• Find ways to sell products in the market and in online
• Find ways to target customer through online



• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in IT Sales – corporate or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
• Successful previous experience as sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
